Connor personally lists, markets, and negotiates the sale through Elysian Homes by Mark Siwiec & Associates. Because the commission funds the coordination, the estate sale, clear-out, repairs, cleaning, staging, and property prep come at no additional coordination cost when Home Hands manages your sale. The downsizing move is quoted separately, since that's our own team's labor rather than a vendor's.
