MEET OUR FOUNDER & CARE DIRECTOR

Connor Boyd, founder and president of Home Hands In-Home Care, is a lifelong Rochester-area resident. Born and raised in Fairport, NY, he graduated from Fairport High School and earned his bachelor’s degree with high honors in Philosophy and Business from Brooklyn College.

After returning to Rochester to be closer to family, Connor began working with Caring Transitions of Rochester — a company that helps older adults with downsizing, relocation, and estate management. It was there he discovered a deep passion: helping seniors navigate aging with ease, dignity, and peace of mind.

That hands-on experience opened Connor’s eyes to a growing need within the same circle of care — a more personal, responsive approach to in-home support. He founded Home Hands to meet that need: a locally owned agency built on trust, continuity, and compassion.

As Founder and Care Director, Connor remains directly involved in every client relationship — from the first conversation and in-home consultation, to caregiver matching and ongoing support. He serves as a trusted guide and consistent point of contact, ensuring seniors receive dependable, personalized care tailored to their needs.
