As a lifelong Fairport resident, Connor personally directs every client transition from the initial phone call straight to the closing table. He serves as your single, trusted point of contact — designing your custom plan and seamlessly orchestrating every step through to the final closing. He built Home Hands because he believes families navigating one of life's hardest moments deserve a simpler, more transparent way to get everything handled — without the overwhelm, the markups, or the chaos of managing it alone.

A lifelong Fairport resident, Noah spent years working inside Rochester-area senior living communities, helping older adults through the transition into a new home. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of what makes a move feel organized, comfortable, and manageable. As Home Hands’ Senior Downsizing & Move Manager, Noah leads our downsizing and move work in the field — from the first space plan through move-in day.

Noah works at each client’s pace, room by room, turning an overwhelming houseful of belongings into a clear, manageable plan. He stays alongside the client through unpacking and resettling, so the new home feels like home from the first night.

  • Space Planning: Measures the new residence and builds a to-scale floor plan before move day, so every piece of furniture has a place before the first box is loaded.
  • Room-by-Room Downsizing: Guides the sorting and decision-making with patience and respect — what moves, what goes to family, what is donated or sold — with everything organized into clearly labeled boxes for the new home.
