We solicit multiple competing quotes from our vetted network of local specialists for every service required — estate sales, clear-outs, cleaning, repairs, staging. You see the numbers, you make the decisions, and we handle all the logistics and communication so you don't have to. Senior downsizing and move management is quoted directly at a fixed per-job price after a free walkthrough.

Property Preparation & Transition Work
Our own team manages any senior downsizing move — sorting, packing oversight, and full resettling at the new residence. For estate sales, donations, clear-outs, deep cleans, repairs, curb appeal, and staging, we oversee every vendor and every detail until the home is fully prepared and ready for its next step.

Whether that means a successful home sale coordinated through Connor and Elysian Homes by Mark Siwiec & Associates, a smooth senior relocation to a new community, or simply a cleared and closed property — we see it through completely, start to finish.

Hire us for the whole transition, or just the piece you need. Either way, the structure is simple and the numbers are transparent.
With the Sale
When Connor handles the sale of the home through Elysian Homes, whole project coordination is included — funded through the standard real estate commission at closing. Zero out-of-pocket coordination fees, start to finish.
Without the Sale
Keeping the home, or already have an agent? Full coordination is available for a transparent flat fee, outlined at your consultation — half at project start, half at completion.
Just the Service You Need
Senior downsizing and move management is also available entirely on it's own — a fixed per-job price, quoted after a free walkthrough. No larger engagement required.
In every case, vendor invoices pass through to you at their quoted rates — never a markup.
