Custom Transition Plan

Every situation is different. We build a tailored plan around your specific needs, timeline, and budget. No cookie-cutter packages, no unnecessary services — just a clear roadmap for exactly what needs to happen and in what order.

Senior Downsizing & The Move

When a move is part of the plan, this comes first — and our own team handles it, start to finish. Sorting and deciding what comes along, packing oversight, move day, and full resettling at the new residence, so you're comfortably in place before anything happens at the old house. Estate clients with no move to make simply begin at the next step.

Vendor Coordination & Approval

With the home now empty, we identify and coordinate trusted local specialists for the services your transition requires — estate sales, clear-outs, cleaning, repairs, staging, and more. Costs and recommendations are presented clearly before work begins, you decide what moves forward, and we handle the scheduling, logistics, and communication.

Property Preparation

Estate sales, donations, clear-outs, deep cleans, repairs, curb appeal, and staging — we oversee every vendor and every detail until the home is fully prepared and ready for its next step.

Resolution & Close

Whether that means a successful home sale coordinated through Connor and Elysian Homes by Mark Siwiec & Associates, a smooth senior relocation to a new community, or simply a cleared and closed property — we see it through completely, start to finish.

Simple, Honest Pricing.

Hire us for the whole transition, or just the piece you need. Either way, the structure is simple and the numbers are transparent.

Estate Coordination — With the Sale

When Connor sells the home through Elysian Homes, all estate coordination is included — estate sales, clear-outs, cleaning, repairs, and staging, managed start to finish and funded through the standard commission at closing. No separate coordination fee.

Estate Coordination — Without the Sale

Keeping the home, or already working with an agent? The same coordination is available for a transparent flat fee, set at your consultation — half at project start, half at completion.

Senior Downsizing & Move Management

Handled by our own team rather than subcontracted, so it's always priced separately: a flat-rate estimate, confirmed after a free walkthrough — half at project start, half once the move is complete and you've walked the new home with us. Available on its own, or alongside either path above.

In every case, vendor invoices pass through to you at their quoted rates — never a markup.
