Free Consultation

Connor meets with you in person or by phone to learn about your situation, your timeline, and your goals. There's no obligation and no pressure — just an honest conversation about what you're facing and how we can help.

Custom Transition Plan

Every situation is different. We build a plan around your specific needs, timeline, and budget. No cookie-cutter packages, no unnecessary services — just a clear roadmap for what needs to happen and in what order.

The Move

When a move is part of the plan, this comes first — and our own team handles it, start to finish. Sorting and deciding what comes along, packing, move day, and full resettling at the new residence, so you're comfortably in place before anything happens at the old home.

This is also where community moves live — into a community, between apartments, or to a higher level of care. If there's no home to sell, your transition finishes here, and we see it through to the last box.

Clearing & Preparing the Home

With the home now empty of what's coming with you, we handle the rest: estate sale, donations, clear-out, cleaning, repairs, curb appeal, and staging. We run some of this ourselves and coordinate trusted local specialists for the rest.

Every cost and recommendation is presented clearly before work begins. You decide what moves forward, and we handle the scheduling, logistics, and communication.

Resolution & Close

Whether that's a home sale coordinated through Connor and Elysian Homes by Mark Siwiec & Associates, a completed relocation to a new community, or simply a cleared and closed property — we see it through, start to finish.

Simple, Transparent Pricing.

Hire us for the whole transition, or just the piece you need. Either way, the structure is simple and the numbers are clear.

Senior Downsizing & Move Management

Handled by our own team, so it's always priced on its own: a flat-rate estimate, confirmed after a free walkthrough — half at project start, half once the move is complete and you've walked the new home with us. Available standalone, or as the first step of either path here.

Estate & Property Transition Coordination — With the Home Sale

When Connor sells the home through Elysian Homes, all estate coordination is included — estate sale, clear-out, cleaning, repairs, and staging, managed start to finish and funded through the standard commission at closing. No separate coordination fee.

Estate & Property Transition Coordination — Without the Home Sale

Keeping the home, or already working with an agent? The same coordination is available for a transparent flat fee, set at your consultation — half at project start, half at completion.

In every case, vendor invoices pass through to you at their quoted rates — never a markup.
