WHAT MAKES HOME HANDS DIFFERENT
1. Founder-Led, Local, and Personal
Unlike national chains that feel corporate and distant, Home Hands is rooted right here in Rochester and the Finger Lakes.
As Founder & Care Director, Connor personally meets with every family, guiding them from the very first conversation through caregiver matching and ongoing support.
With years of experience serving seniors as an Estate Solutions & Senior Relocation Advisor with Caring Transitions of Rochester, Connor understands the challenges families face — and ensures every client receives attentive, hands-on service.
2. Consistency Families Can Count On
Caregiver turnover is the #1 hidden cost in home care — it disrupts families, erodes trust, and creates stress.
At Home Hands, we take a different approach.
By paying caregivers well above industry averages, we attract and retain experienced care partners who stay long-term. That means:
Familiar faces your loved one can build a real relationship with.
Higher trust, stronger bonds, and more peace of mind.
Reliability families can depend on week after week.
3. Tailored Care, Never Cookie-Cutter
No two families are alike — and your care plan shouldn’t be either. Whether you need just a few hours a week for chores and errands, or daily support for meals, mobility, and companionship, we design every schedule around your unique needs and preferences.
This personalized approach ensures the right fit for both client and caregiver, every time:
Care plans built around your loved one’s routines.
Flexibility to adjust as needs change.
A thoughtful match between client and caregiver.
