With years of experience serving seniors and supporting family transitions in the Rochester area, Connor ensures every client receives attentive, hands-on care.
2. Consistency Families Can Count On
Caregiver turnover is the hidden pain point in home care — it breaks trust and disrupts routines.
At Home Hands, we take a different approach. By paying caregivers well above industry averages, we retain experienced care partners who stay long-term.
This means:
- Familiar faces your loved one can build a relationship with.
- Higher trust and stronger bonds.
- Reliability you can count on week after week.
3. Tailored Care, Never Cookie-Cutter
No two families are alike — and your care plan shouldn’t be, either.
Whether you need a few hours a week for errands and meals or daily support for mobility and companionship, we design every schedule around your loved one’s unique routines.
This personalized approach ensures the right fit for both client and caregiver:
- Care plans designed around your lifestyle
- Flexibility to adjust as needs change
- A thoughtful match between client and caregiver

Whenever possible, yes. Consistency is one of our top priorities. We strive to build long-term caregiver-client relationships so your loved one sees familiar, trusted faces.
Occasional rotation may be necessary based on scheduling, but we keep care teams small and consistent.
